All Lamplight systems come with some communications capability. The Communications Module adds more functions and a tab in every profile that keeps a log of the communications.

- Send mail-merged, non-mail-merged letters, and mailing labels from any list, work record or profile.
- Use templates to set up standard, mail-merged communications.

Already a Lamplight user?
To enable the module, go to system admin (you must be a system administrator) > change modules and tick the Communications Module box to turn it on in your system.

Need us to send your email?
You can set up Lamplight to send email via your own email servers… but often security restrictions in Office 365 or GMail don’t allow this.
If you need to send emails from Lamplight, an add-on Email Module allows you to send emails through a dedicated domain that we manage on your behalf.
This add-on module costs an extra £5 / month in addition to the Communications module.
