The Data Direct Module allows you to directly send your users a link for them to complete your forms and outcome measures online. When they fill it out the responses are automatically saved to Lamplight.
Reponses can be linked to profiles or remain anonymous. You can even use your own logo and colour scheme.
Campaigns
Create evaluation or outcome templates, then create a campaign asking a set of people to complete the survey online.
The Data Direct Module may be beneficial to your system if:
- You have paper feedback forms for group activities
- Your client’s complete pre-engagement questionnaires
- You use forms or outcomes (e.g. Core-10) with your clients
- You want to save the time it takes inputting data manually

To enable the module, go to System Admin (you must be a system administrator) > change modules and tick the Data Direct Module box to turn it on in your system.
To set up the module you will need to create a ‘campaign’ using outcomes and evaluations. Steps and guidance for set up can be found in the Hub.
