The Staff Management Module can help.  

The Staff Management Module enables you to capture detailed personnel information for staff and volunteers. Only management can view the information in colleagues’ profiles.  

Generate and report on timesheets and track staff development.  

The Staff Management Module may be beneficial to add to your system if you need to manage the following:

  • Timesheets – showing hours worked, absences, and non-contact time, and comparing them to contract hours. This is created automatically using information gathered in work and non-contact records.  
  • Contract details – keep details of current and past contracts held within your organisation.  
  • Non-contact – keep details of non-contact work undertaken, for example planning or follow-ups.  
  • Absences – log sickness or annual leave, including an annual leave calculator.  
  • Training – keep records of training undertaken.  
  • Appraisals – for records of supervision, 1:1 discussions and annual appraisals.


This module can also provide information for the Charge and Expense Modules. 
 

Already a Lamplight user? 

To enable the module, go to System Admin (you must be a system administrator) > change modules and tick the Staff Management Module box to turn it on in your system. 

To set up the module you will need to set up a hierarchy and list items to enable you to specific absence, training and other categories. Steps and guidance for this can be found in the Hub
