The Matching Module can help.
The Matching Module allows you to connect people to others, or individuals to opportunities. Integrate it with your website to publish opportunities. You can even include a search function to allow people to narrow the opportunities down based on criteria.
You have two records – Applications and Opportunities. Once you have these records in your system, Lamplight will make matches based on your criteria.
Lamplight will compare all applicants to one opportunity to show you all the best matches from the people that apply.
You can customise the categories used for matching, including location, interests and availability.
You can create reports based on applications/opportunities and break it down with any of the demographic fields in your system, keeping your funders happy.
We know it’s not always as simple as that, so Lamplight does not make the final match – you do. Lamplight will list each match, along with the criteria and you will get the final say.
The Matching Module may be beneficial to add to your system if you:

To enable the module, go to system admin (you must be a system administrator) > change modules and tick the Matching Module box to turn it on in your system.
