Our costs include a one-time fee for full system implementation, team training, and support hours. There is also a monthly fee based on a flat rate for the Core system, plus £5 per additional module.
We combine these costs over two years for easier budgeting. After two years, your monthly fee covers only the Core system and chosen modules.
There are no license fees. We only need your initial user count to assess system complexity and customise training. Volunteers with limited tasks can access free webinars and training resources at no extra cost.

Ongoing costs
Core system cost: £20+VAT
Module cost: Each module is £5+VAT
Example Costs
An organisation has 12 staff members, and needs the system to be able to hold documents, link to their website and allow their child protection team to track safeguarding alerts.
This would be a one-off cost of £5,200+VAT, and an ongoing monthly cost of £35+VAT per month.
They will pay £598 (10% of the setup cost) as their initial deposit, then £238 per month for 24 months. (VAT included)
Per staff member, they are paying just under £20.
After 24 months, they will pay only £42 (VAT included) or £3.50 per staff member.
Data Migration
We can offer an additional service to move your data from any existing systems to Lamplight. We will quote for this separately.
The rate for Data Migration is £58+VAT per hour
Training credits
We offer a variety of training options, including one-to-one sessions, group training, Bitesize training sessions and onsite training days.
