Your data is encrypted on our servers and is backed up daily. We use Amazon AWS data centres and our systems are continuously monitored.
GDPR
Archive service user profiles when they leave your service and retain that data for as long as necessary. If a service user returns, easily restore their data to avoid duplicate entry.
At the end of your retention period or upon a client’s request for the right to be forgotten, you can permanently delete profile data from both the system and backups. Multiple warnings ensure you don’t accidentally delete important information.
